In late November the last of Milton christmas lights throughourt the town and especiaslly along the waterfront are up. This makes an incredible view when approaching Milton from the water.
The Milton "Lighted Christmas Boat Parade" is the largest in the panhandle and takes place on December 11th. This is the parade you want to put your boat into. There are plenty of launches in the immediate area and dock space is plentiful. Sail in or trailer in. If you have a mast you can get there with 50' clearance. The swing bridge will remain open late to get yo back out or just anchor there at the free dock. For more information contact Donna @ the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce @ 850-623-9377 or get the sign-up form off of the internet at "Santa Rosa Florida Chamber". Great prizes, great participation.
