Yes you can. Once you go under the 98 bridge you will see another bridge to your right called Garcon Point Bridge then head north.

I live on the otherside between the I-10 Bridge and the Railroad bridge .

Hi Tom,

Yes, it very navigable. Has markers all the way up and deep water. Also has some very desirable anchorages with good quiet water.
